It submits orders to vendors for fulfillment and subsequently imports the shipment details, ensuring an integration between order processing and shipment tracking.
Send Orders
- Create one supplier-ready XML order per eligible Fulfillment Request.
- Deliver the XML to TDSynnex via FTP using your outbound folder path.
- Control timing with Hold for X hours and Only Send During Business Hours.

When TD Synnex ships a bundle (such as a multi-pack or kit), their API response includes both the bundle SKU and each individual component. This is expected behavior confirmed by TD Synnex: the bundle header line never carries tracking data — only the component lines do.
How Flxpoint handles this:
- The bundle SKU line item (header) is identified by the absence of package/tracking data in the response.
- Flxpoint locates the component lines, which share the same line number as the bundle header and contain the tracking numbers.
- The tracking number(s) from the components are assigned to the bundle SKU shipment. Only the bundle SKU appears in the final shipment record — component lines are not saved as separate shipments.
What to expect in Flxpoint: After Get Shipments runs on a bundle order, you will see the shipment recorded under the bundle SKU with the tracking number(s) inherited from the component lines. The component SKUs do not appear as individual shipment records.

What's happening
The TD Synnex connection isn’t authenticating or Test Connection returns an error.
- API credentials (Customer Number, API Username, API Password) may be incorrect or rotated.
- Your TD Synnex account may not yet have API access enabled.
How to fix it
- Open the TD Synnex source and click Test Connection. If it fails, re-enter credentials.
- Contact your TD Synnex rep to confirm API access is enabled and credentials are current.
What's happening
Get Inventory (Primary or Secondary) isn't importing data, or pricing looks off.
- Your TD Synnex pricing tier may differ from what you expect.
- The schedule may not be active, or a mapping template isn't selected.
How to fix it
- Run the integration manually and check the run log.
- Verify with TD Synnex that your account's price tier matches expectations.
- Confirm the mapping template is attached on the integration.
What's happening
Send Orders / Send FR fails to submit, or specific orders are rejected.
- Required Ship To fields, SKU, or Quantity may not be mapped correctly.
- TD Synnex may have flagged the order for review.
How to fix it
- Re-check Ship To mapping (Line 1, City, State, Postal, Country).
- Confirm SKU + Quantity mapping in the Send template.
- For held orders, contact TD Synnex with the PO number to clear the hold.
What's happening
Get Shipments runs but tracking is missing, or bundle items aren't appearing as expected.
- TD Synnex never attaches tracking to the bundle header SKU — only to component lines.
- All component lines may not have shipped yet.
How to fix it
- Bundle items: Flxpoint reads tracking from component lines and assigns it to the bundle SKU automatically — see the Bundle Items section in Get Shipments above.
- If a bundle shipment is missing tracking, confirm with TD Synnex that all component lines have shipped.
- Confirm the Get Shipments template has Tracking Number, Carrier, and Order Number mapped.
What's happening
Get Invoices doesn't import data, or invoice line items don't match what shipped.
- TD Synnex invoices are typically finalized hours after shipment.
- Custom Fields needed to reconcile against orders may not be mapped.
How to fix it
- Schedule Get Invoices daily — TD Synnex invoices aren't real-time.
- Map TD Synnex PO #, invoice # into Custom Fields so invoices reconcile against your original Flxpoint orders.
