Navigate to Connections → Fulfillment Sources.

Click +Add Source, give your source a name (e.g., “Seawide”), and select Seawide (or FTP) as the type.

After saving, you’ll see the Seawide Credentials screen (similar to the screenshot).

Important: Ensure you are using your live credentials for order processing. Sandbox credentials are for testing only and will generate a successful API response or Acknowledged status, but orders will not appear in your dealer portal.

Enter your Seawide FTP details:

FTP User & FTP Password

FTP Host & FTP Port

FTP Protocol (FTP, FTPS, or SFTP)

File Transfer Mode (Binary, ASCII, EBCDIC, or None)
Note: Binary is often recommended for most product data files.

Configure Advanced Settings if needed, such as maintaining a constant connection or using an unbuffered private data channel.

Test the connection. If successful, click Save to complete your Seawide integration setup.
