Actions and Edits

The Actions and Edit options in the product management section allow you to interact with your listings, products, and inventory. Below is a breakdown of the available actions and edits:

Actions

    Creating Listings: Use this action to create new listings from selected products. These listings will be prepared but not automatically published to a sales channel.

    Update Products: Apply this action to refresh your product data. Any changes made to the products (since their creation or the last update) will be reflected.

    Publish Listings: Push selected listings to connected sales channels, making them available for purchase.

    Assign Inventory: Connect your products to specific inventory sources, allowing you to sync their stock levels to Flxpoint.

Edit

    Clear Pending Status: Cancel any pending status on selected products or listings, preventing further action until it's updated.

    Hide Listings: Make the listings inactive or invisible on the sales channel during the next sync.

    Delete Listings: Remove the listing associated with a sales channel completely.

    Unhide Listings: Reactivate previously hidden listings, making them visible on the next sync.

    Delist Listings: Unlink and remove listings from the sales channel and Flxpoint during the next sync.

    Pause Listings: Temporarily stop the listing from being synced or published, even if it is queued.

    Unpause Listings: Restore actions for paused listings, allowing them to sync and publish again.
